JOB DESCRIPTION

Coordinate with various teams to implement approved policies and programs. Monitor asses and indentify strategies to improve services, systems and process. Assist various stakeholders to obtain consensus for implementing new processes and program policies. Arrange logistics for all external and internal meetings. Administer all travel arrangements that include air travel and surface transport, lodging for groups and individuals. Perform invoice coding and submit invoices to corporate office for payment. Prepare complex and non-routine letters and maintain efficient correspondence to assist office staff. Determine future office requirements in coordination with Director of Administration.Provide assistance to all documentation using Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint utilities. Provide support to VP clinical services to perform everyday office administration. Organize office-wide and team wide cultural events to involve office staff in entertainment activities. Maintain office equipment and an inventory of supplies and develop professional vendor relationship. Call Management , Filing and Event coordinations.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

Candidates from Cargo / Logsitics Industry with profiles in Sales /Secretary / Customer service/ Reception/ Admin are preferred.
